Noel and his staff are amazing! We've been going to them for 6 years now, and will continue to go there for our jewelry needs. Jonathan always remembers our name, even if it's a year later that we come in. Our first experience was when we were looking at engagement rings. We had shopped around at other name-brand stores and experienced very pushy salesmen who did not listen to what my wishes were. Our time at Fiscus was very different; they were knowledgeable, friendly and wanted us to take our time. They answered every question we had and never seemed annoyed by us. We decided on a ring and then they did a custom wedding band. We did more business with them when my kids were born. They did a custom ring for me after each of my kids were born. Needed my ring rhodium plated as my wedding ring was starting to fade and tarnish. I emailed Fiscus and received a very punctual response. Went in and they rhodium plated my ring in less than 24 hours. Reasonable price, great customer service, and now my ring looks just like it did in 2016 when it was brand new! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service!! Fantastic workmanship!! Fantastic value!! Came in to have an antique opal ring appraised for insurance. They are so much better priced than other area jewelers and get it back to you in half the time. Also because of this had a tennis bracelet appraised we had just asked for a repair quote on a broken clasp. They contact me back the next afternoon with the quote on the repair and it was very fair and much lower than other area stores!! They also quoted getting it back to me in 7-10 days as opposed to a few weeks to a month for larger stores that have to send our repairs! Both pieces look beautiful and sparkle like I haven't seen in years!! I am so happy to have these items restored to their former glory. Store is clean and easy to find right off of Delaware ave. The staff is beyond friendly and go above and beyond! I would highly recommend for any jewelry appraisal, repairs, or purchases!! I will definitely be back!!
